"Mentally Speaking" Podcast is a platform for those who personally experience some form of mental health illness/disorder, or know someone who is. I speak on personal Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and stress. Topics also range from Parenthood, Relationships, LGBTQ+, and more! I talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly layers of my life...OH, and the funny side too. This is a space for our voices to be heard and shared, without JUDGEMENT! We come from all walks of life with one purpose in mind...to vent, express, heal, and help one another and to gain wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, in hopes that we can help each other, in this thing called LIFE.
